General Elaye Slaboh Dollar, National Chairman of the Third Phase Ex-Agitators Forum under the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and Coordinator of the Bayelsa State Chapter of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, visited Daisy’s Orphanage and Motherless Babies’ Home in Igbogene, Bayelsa State, through his Touch Life Foundation Humanitarian Services.
