The newly deployed Divisional Police Officer (DPO),to Tudunwada Divisional Command CSP Ebimeunwa Kosipre has assumed office with a call to residents to extend hands of fellowship to her to effectively police the area.<\/p>\n
She warned that criminal minded elements in the area should relocate elsewhere or they should be prepared to face the full consequences of the Divisional Command.<\/p>\n
According to the Divisional Police Officer, she has already been informed of the unwholesome activities of criminals and youth restiveness, in the area and \u201c I’m prepared to make Tudunwada and its environs inhabitable for criminal minded elements.<\/p>\n
\u201c They should in their own interest relocate from Tudunwada or they should turn a new leaf before they will incur the full consequences of the Divisional Command under my watch\u201d the DPO warned.<\/p>\n
CSP Ebimeunwa Kosipre who is the only woman Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in Niger State Police Command warned that she will go all out to ensure the peace and security of people of Tudunwada assuring that with the support and cooperation of the residents she will effectively police the community.<\/p>\n
She appealed to community leaders,religion leaders and youth organisations as well as critical stakeholders in the area to collaborate with her command to achieve the collective duty of the protection of lives and property of the people.<\/p>\n
CSP Ebi, as she is popularly called, noted that police as an institution,rely on vital and verifiable information on the activities of criminals and other undesirable elements in the society to perform adding,without such information coming from residents the Police cannot work. The Police are not magicians.<\/p>\n
\u201c We work with verifiable information from the public. With such information I’m assuring you we can go after these criminals and we will bring them to face justice. <\/p>\n
\u201c Without information like I said,the Police are not magicians. So I’m appealing to the residents of Tudunwada to please come forward to provide reliable and verifiable information on the activities of criminally minded elements in their midst for us to collectively secure the community\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n
Similarly,CSP Ebimeunwa Kosipre warned parents and guardians to monitor the friends and pairs their children keep to avoid any actions she will take against them insisting that she would not regret any unforeseen consequence that would be taken against such parents.<\/p>\n
\u201c I will not regret taking any action against any parents or guardians that allowed their wards or children that are involved in any social vices that are detrimental to the peace and security of the community\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
While commending the Commissioner of Police in Niger State CP Abdullahi Adamu Elleman for finding her worthy to deploy her to Tudunwada as the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) , CSP Kosipre assured that she will Police the Divisional Command with all the deserving professionalism known of the of the Police.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
