Critical issues requiring attention include access to Umrah visas, the downward review of Nigeria\u2019s Hajj quota, local peculiarities in registration requirements, the challenges confronting Private Hajj Operators and the need to domesticate Saudi Arabia\u2019s service-oriented pilgrimage policies.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholders should speak with one voice and present verifiable data capable of influencing policy decisions.
