Igala Cultural and Development Association has called on the Inspector of Police to arrest and prosecute the killers of late Salome Adaidu.<\/p>\n
In a statement signed and made available to the media, the association’s Director of Media, Prince Abdulrahman Obaje ICDA has asked the Nigeria Police to fish out the killers of late Adaidu and bring them to book.<\/p>\n
The statement reads,”We the entire members of the social-cultural group, Igala Cultural and Development Association (ICDA) received with rude shock the dastardly alleged murder of Salome Eleojo Adaidu.<\/p>\n
“The news got to most of us through a viral video that was circulated on the social media in which oluwatimilehin ajayi was found on Sunday January 12th, 2025 trying to dispose of her dismembered body and confessing to the crime.<\/p>\n
“Salome, 24, was a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member serving with Nicon Insurance in Abuja.<\/p>\n
“She was said to have visited Ajayi at his residence in Papalana, New Karshi in<\/p>\n
Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State before her death.”<\/p>\n
Continuing, the association noted,”Despite the fact that the Public Relations Officer of the Nasarawa State Police Command, SP Ramhan Nansel, earlier assured that the law would take its course, we want to assure the general public that we are closely monitoring the event as it will be unfolding.<\/p>\n
“WE WANT TO UNEQUIVOALLY MAKE IT KNOWN HERE THAT WE ARE<\/p>\n
DEMANDING FOR NOTHING LESS BUT THOROUGH INVESTIGATION<\/p>\n
AND JUSTICE FOR SALOME ADAIDU!<\/p>\n
