\n\u200eOrganizers of the Bayelsa Governor’s Football Tournament, tagged the Prosperity Cup have congratulated the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku on his emergence as the paramount ruler of Ayakoro Community in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
