ActionAid, NGOs,  Clement Isong Foundation, Media seeks accountability from Extractive Industry, Host Communities Development Trust \u200e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eBy Emmanuel Ikpe, Uyo<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eCivil liberty organization, non governmental organization, media, youth and women groups as well as stakeholders in the environment sector among others have resolved to work to ensure accountability and justice over the use of the nation&#8217;s natural resources.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eThis was part of the Akwa Ibom declaration made at the end of a one-day Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue on Natural Resources Governance, Just Transition, Environmental Justice and Community Accountability which was held at De Angelo&#8217;s Hotel, Ewet Housing Estate, Uyo Akwa Ibom State at the weekend.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eThe commissioner for environment, Akwa Ibom State represented by Barr Ruth Umanah expounded the efforts of government in environmental services while urging collaboration among stakeholders to meet desire of having a greener environment for all.<br \/>\n\u200e<br \/>\n\u200eAlso speaking at the dialogue, the chairman of Ibeno LGA Hon Dcns Glory Eka Effiong representated by the VC Hon Ukpong &#8230;
