Ahead of 2027 general election, the Progressives Congress (APC) has denied as false speculations that it give automatic tickets to members of the National Assembly especially decampees from other opposition parties who thought that joining the ruling party will help them earn automatic tickets in the 2027 general elections to retain their positions.<\/div>\n

The party on Tuesday advised those secretly\u00a0 nursing such hopes and high expectations to wake up to the reality that politics evolves better in a competitive environment.<\/div>\n

In a statement signed by Barrister Felix Morka,\u00a0 National Publicity Secretary, the All Progressives Congress said its attention has been drawn to a purported breaking news report tagged \u201cAPC Grants Automatic Tickets to All National Assembly Members\u201d currently in viral circulation.<\/div>\n

The APC described the report as fake and advised the public to disregard the misinformation in its entirety as it did not emanate from the party.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Morka urged all party members and the general public to disregard any other report of this nature stating that such reports usually emanate from \u201cmischievous origin.\u201d<\/div>\n
